Some of you may have already been regaled with my new quixotic quest here at work - linking patients and health care purchasers with better, more consistent data on quality of care, so that they can better judge health care providers in making their health care purchasing decisions.
So a site like Vitals.com, which allows patients to rate and publically comment on their health care providers is a nice idea... oh, wait... never mind.
It's a TERRIFIC idea. Holy hell this is SO good.
