So Boston apparently doesn't hate Joey Sensitive as much as certain authors of this blog.
Good for them. We need to show players like him the love. I totally picture him wearing garters under his padded pants, a la Nuke.
For all your hockey news in one nice, easy to read and argue about chart, go here... and note that the Rangers fixed their woes by hiring more expensive old farts and assholes, and the Capitals did, um... nothing.

See, the thing is that Bananaman knows that if he signs the one-year tender offer, he can walk next year as the premier free agent on the market. If he does, somebody's gonna pay him the max, which is more than the Bruins are offering. Sure, their offer is a good one, and it's definitely what he's worth (he should be more mature than Bananas if he wants to make the max like a big boy), but he also knows someone (read: Rangers) will pay him.
As you can imagine, I say let him walk. I'd rather have one year from him where he's motivated than five years where he vents his genitals every month or two. I've written extensively in the past about the Nomar/Bledsoe/Bananas issue, and how just because you're great doesn't mean we can win with you. So let him go.
